Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to avoid damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or credit has been processed.
